Absolutely not my first storage experience. By far the easiest & most pleasant storage experience . My storage unit was very clean . Without a doubt Todd the manager makes the experience easy,painless and friendly. I was greeted, instructed and assisted like I was checking into a 5 star Hotel. Todd was very professional. As if to make my visit as comfortable, pleasant safe and user friendly while my storage is with Extra Self Storage. I made contact with two other storage places prior to going with ESS . They had inflated monthly costs with the illusion of a deal 50% off first month. When I called another storage place regarding my reservation with final move in cost given to pay . Which I could have paid final move in payment on-line but when I called the final move-in cost had increased by $20.00 . The reservation already included the cost of a lock,fees,insurance etc. I felt conned . So I said no thank you . Then I was driving down road and saw fun brightly colored green buildings and saw Extra Self Storage . Went online and found the same storage space , same area for much less. Todd called kindly verified my storage reservation & said we are ready when you’re ready. Speaking with Todd over the phone was night & day compared to speaking with the two other popular, highly reviewed storage facility’s contact people . Highly recommend Extra Self Storage .
