Second time I am using this Extra Storage Location in the last 6 months . I had more to store and longer . Todd who runs this ES location is a great guy . It feels like your leaving your belongings in a very safe clean place being watched by a friend. The locked gate always works on the first try with ease. ES has wide circular driveways around the entire place to actually be able to maneuver your truck to & from your storage & out of the place . Some storage places could care less how you’re going to actually maneuver your vehicle , no way a truck to your actual rented storage space . You have to back up the whole way out . I have easily used 6 different reputable storage places in last 3 years between Mesa,Gilbert&Tucson for boats & college apts, house moves & I would not store by belongings anywhere else but Extra Storage off of Power . Mind you there are easily 4 other storage places I looked at and asked about prices , sizes that are equi distant from me . Extra Storage depending on availability have certain storage units equally perfect even better that you can pay for in full for minimum of 4 months or more if you know your expected storage needs so you can lock in a monthly rent price for your entire known or expected monthly stay . Extra Storage at this location will automatically reimburse you for your paid in full unused storage time. If you decide to leave earlier than your expected paid-in-full rented storage time . You need to notify Extra Storage a month prior that you will not be storing the following month and need to close out. Reviewed by a previous & present renter . As a mother of 3 college students & who has stored an entire home in the past & recently moved homes using this storage place. I no longer see needing to find a storage place, paying monthly storage as a pure and utter nightmare .
