First the easy stuff, it's clean and well maintained, the pricing is good and above all it is transparent (try finding that somewhere else). All in all the business is run well and it shows. The best part of the place is the people that work there. They talk to you not at you, you aren't treated as a problem when you ask something. I know it sounds like that should be a universal, but it's not and it is refreshing to to do business with people that treat you well.
