Renting online was fast, & relatively easy. Then I just had to stop by the office & verify my ID. I like the gate hours. 24hrs is optimum, but if not this is a close second. My only gripe is, when ordering my unit online & never being to the property I made a slight misjudgment, or maybe they should word it differently. I chose an “indoor” unit like I previously had with Extra Space. These units are NOT indoors. They are covered units that are separated by an open breezeway/hall. Also the slide latch on my unit has seen better days. It’s pretty rough. However, you can beat the online reservation price was too good to pass up
