I appreciate the onsite managers and their attention to detail. The facilities are always clean! The communication is great and as a customer I am made to feel important. The customer service is too notch.

We recently moved from an outdoor storage facility to a much better climate controlled facility at the new Life Storage in Oro Valley. The staff at the new facility were very friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. We expect to be using the facility for a long time so we’re glad the staff is so friendly and personable. We recently had to expand to another second unit. Pati Davis and Pete Anderson the managers of the Oro Valley facilities, have gone above and beyond in providing any assistance I needed. I recommend them and the storage facility they run to anyone in need of extra space. They are true caring friends to their clients.

Amazing facility! Very clean - from the office and bathrooms to the storage units themselves. Incredibly friendly and professional staff. They even have coffee and cold water offered in the office. This is without a doubt a great option for anyone’s storage needs.?

What a reassuring experience. Patti was extremely helpful and very organized. The units are climate controlled and the facility is extremely clean, well lit and easy to navigate. The attention to detail and courtesy leaves me with a great sense of peace. Our belongings are safe and I trust the management. The rate we received was wonderful.
