very easy to reserve a spot and the most inexpensive place i could find! it’s also in a great area, well secured and the people who i talked to when i got there were very nice and extremely helpful! the process was very easy and quick which was what i was looking for because my schedule is very busy !

It's a very nice, clean space. But they employ the same shady business practices as the rest of the storage industry. Inexplicable price hikes after reeling you in with a good introductory rate. Pre-payment can then be negotiated to lock in a better rate, but oddly it can only be paid on your renewal date, increasing the likelihood of missing the opportunity. When that date rolls around, the price you pay is higher than the price you negotiated because it doesn't include insurance. My advice is to lock in your introductory rate with a pre-payment when you move in, for as long as you need storage.

Signing up was simple. Have not started to use the unit yet. Extra Space confirmed they are able to remove the monthly insurance fee since my homeowner's policy covers stored items.

Update: We needed a small storage unit at the last minute due to ongoing home remodeling. Weston helped us and he was wonderful! He got us a storage unit super quickly and easily. He even swapped out our keys for our larger unit so one key will work for both units. He provided excellent customer service. I can't recommend Extra Space enough. Their staff is always super friendly and the rental process is seamless. Facility is really clean too. You won't be disappointed if you rent here. We just rented a new larger storage unit at a different location. We worked with Melissa who was awesome! She gave us great recommendations and we feel good about our purchase. Process was easy to set up since we were current Extra Space customers. Both locations on Oracle are phenomenal!

In my opinion the greatest storage facility .. I'VE EVER SEEN AND BEEN TOO... THANK YOU for saving my month..and year ????? All you do is fill out everything that they need online pick the storage unit you want they have two levels first floor second floor then they give you a code go pick up your keys inside the unit and deliver your stuff to the storage easy peasy thank you again EXTRA SPACE STORAGE
