Very smooth and informative from the beginning renting out the unit over the phone answering questions, then the store manager Jason reaching out making sure I had all my questions answered made me feel at ease about renting my unit! Gotta love great customer service like this! Highly recommend.

This site has great staff! When I originally setup my rental last year I expected it to be for only 3 months, but it’s been almost 1yr. When my move-in special rate ended, they helped me get a rate close to matching it. Now that I’m preparing to move out today, Demetri provided top notch service. I definitely recommend this site and if presented with the need, I’d use them again. Thanks so MUCH guys!
