In less than 4 months here I got a notice saying my rent was DOUBLING. This is the 3rd time this has happened with Ex Spc Storage in the past few years and I'm fed up with it. I guess if you don't pre-pay for June, your rent is going to double because of "seasonal demand". But it will never come back down unless you MOVE. I'm on a fixed income; my SS goes up by a pittance once a year that Congress thinks is "too high". My food costs have doubled in 2 years; my car insurance has gone up 50% in 12 months; gas prices are skyrocketing; medical costs are totally unpredictable because they don't have to disclose squat to you; everybody is passing on their company losses to customers so they can continue to report steady profits to shareholders. The problem is EVERY LOCKER PLACE IN PHX HAS JACKED UP THEIR RENTS IN JUNE! IN JULY THEY'LL BE BACK DOWN. BUT TO GET YOURS REDUCED, YOU HAVE TO **MOVE** . This is why these profiteers only do month-to-month deals: so they can jack up EVERYBODY'S RENT every few months knowing nobody has anywhere to move that's any cheaper. The thing I got in the mail said "We're adjusting your rent, but you're getting a 50% discount". No, MY COST IS DOUBLING! How am I supposed to deal with that on a FIXED INCOME? As a Senior on Social Security, if my lifestyle does not change one bit, my cost of living will go up so much that I'll be living in a cardboard box in the park in 5 years! This is a SHAMEFUL way to treat anybody, let alone SENIORS on fixed incomes!

Really appreciate the difference on how I was treated compared to public storage Victoria was very patient and went over every detail with me I and would recommend to anyone that if you need some storage space this would be the place to be very reasonable prices also
