Pretty easy process - was concerned at first with the space I was assigned online. The door wasn't up to standards regarding where the lock goes, looked broken and did not feel like a safe space to house my belongings. Thankfully the front office was able to assist me in getting into another unit that was much newer and cleaner. He helped clean it out and even brought a dolly and ramp to make things easier as I had just fully moved into the other one. Great first impression and thankful to be using a business that puts the customer first. Ty Corey!
