Always great customer service at Extra Space Storage. I’ve been with them for years and have worked with many managers over that time. Ken was exceptional. His cross-training and knowledge made a huge difference today, and without it, the experience could have gone very differently. Professional, helpful, and truly went above and beyond.

The staff at Extra Space Storage has been wonderful! They answer their phones when you call, the staff is friendly and helpful, the paperwork is quick, easy, and digital. The building is secure, climate controlled, and clean. This is the second summer we’ve used them to store my son’s college belongings. We’ll continue to use them every year!
