Total remote reservation. I’m in Washington, reserved a unit for my student and roommates in AZ. Have direct contact with the on site manager, James. You get managers cell number. Helpful, friendly…. These guys have it dialed in.

I rented space here for two years. At first I was a lil uncomfortable because I noticed there were ppl living out of their units. Those people were cleaned out and the storage place has been cleaned up and I no longer feel uncomfortable. I’d like to thank James for assisting me with my move out. He was pleasant and kind. I will definitely be renting from Extra Space again should I need a unit again. Thanks! -Samantha
