The manager was super nice and understanding! She's the only reason why I didn't go find a different unit, after I made a mistake online of submitting a move out date for the same day I wanted to move in. (I thought "well, I haven't moved in yet. I'll just find some place else to spare myself embarrassment of my mistake"). The manager called me to verify my intentions, and made me feel very welcome there. She helped me to sort everything out on my account to keep the unit that I really wanted. I'm glad she called! I feel like the manager actually cares about the clients and my stuff will be exactly where it should be while I'm traveling.
