I've found the reviews about this facility being clean and well maintained with helpful, knowledgeable staff to be true. I came to inquire about a unit and after discussing pricing, Star offered to take me to those I was considering. Beyond the front reception area which is clean / modern / spacious / welcoming with security cameras on display via large screens, I found the facility in general matched my first impression. Large bay door (car / pickup / U-Haul box truck) opens into a spacious loading/unloading area near elevators and albeit pricier (though competitive) 1st floor main drag units. *Very* high ceilings of first floor units could be extra selling point in addition to accessibility (bring your own ladder for stacking ultra high). Units I saw all clean / solid structure / new looking (building went up 2 years ago). Flatbed hand trucks available for use; code or phone app opens facility entrance bay doors 6am-10pm 7 days. I found (introductory) prices very reasonable for indoor climate controlled units. Star had answers to all my questions and ultimately got a new customer.

The new manager star is great. Better than the last one. When you walk in there. You feel welcomed. You feel good. She and her employee helped me so much. Both are understanding and compassionate. Very friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend this location.
