Rented a 10 x 10 and got two units that are about 10 x 5. If you combine them it's 10 x 10, but that's not really what we had asked for. Other than that, it seems good

Service was great and very friendly! He took us to where the available units were and gave us all the information we needed. We loved the availability of having a unit that was temp controlled and having flatbeds available so that we could easily move our stuff in and out of the storage. I absolutely love being able to use my phone to open the gates and doors without having to put in the code each time!

Just a quick review on Extra Space Storage, 83rd ave. The facility is well run and always in great shape. They are replacing all the roll up doors with brand new ones. I really didn't think the old doors were in bad shape, by any means, but wow...new doors. I'm sure that cost a lot! The management is very polite and they remember who you are. That is helpful if you need something or have a problem, which I haven't had any problems. They are offering discounted rates for your first 4 months or so, and after that you can expect a big increase...just so you know. This is how all storages seem to work, so nothing new here. All in all, I give them 5 stars for their professional and polite customer service and clean and well maintained facility.
