Very excellent service at the storage facility on 83ave and Thomas. I've been renting at this location for about 3 years now and the service gets better every year. I found a deal for $74 a month to rent a 10×10. After 2 months, I received a notice that my bill was going up to $134. I wasn't told by the man who helped me get the storage unit, that the deal was good for a certain amount of time, and that it would go up by almost 50% in a few months. Had he done so, I wouldn't have moved half my garage into unit, just to turn around and move it back into the garage. Poor mgmt skills. Also, I wasn't informed that when 10pm. hit the gate from inside locks and can't get out.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their facility and products. However, they seem to keep raising the prices stating market trends. But why would you want people moving to other places and not try to keep them by offing better pricing.
