James at Extra Space Storage on Greenway is an absolute gem. He made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and dare I say… enjoyable? (Yes, I’m talking about storage.) The manager at the store is really nice and helpful. I forgot what his name was but I know he’s around my age between 28 to 32 I think I wish I had his name to give credit but I forgot what it is.

James’ service was exceptional. The storage building is clean and well maintained. Do know that at least some units have a sloping roof that pretty significantly reduces the volume of the unit. This was unclear to me at the time of reservation and after speaking with one rep. James was able to help with that issue though.
