Jessica Martinez the manager was a delight to deal with I was moving from public storage to hear because they suck and continuously raise your rates after being with them for over a year I was tired of paying their increases and found a new storage facility Jessica treated me with respect and kindness and answered all my questions until rent their space was a fraction of what the Public Storage was and their facility was the cleanest I had seen I would recommend them to anyone

Tiffany was an amazing person and helped me get into a storage unit that fit my move from another state, she was very knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. If I ever need a storage unit again I know who I want setting that up for me.

Store Manager Jessica is an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to ensure my daughter’s vehicle and belongings were safe and secure while back home from college. She even offered to assist with working with the transport carrier to get the vehicle back home in NC. She relived a lot of stress and I felt confident given her professionalism. I should also mention that not only is the facility secure, it’s very well kept.

Thank you Jessica for very quickly fixing the huge increase in my monthly rent. You yourself showed care and actual compassion towards my issue and without me even telling you at first what my issue was, you sought out to correct it! So far haven’t experienced a customer service like this where you noticed the problem before being told what it was when I called to ask to move to a smaller cheaper unit I didn’t bring up the increase. Instead you saw it said “heck no let’s fix this” and did. Thank you bunches you have kept a customer my friend.
