I went in and was promptly greeted by the store manager Katherine Harmon. She was very pleasant and took the time to go over my options and what she thought would work best for my needs. She answered all my questions and showed me units in the size I thought I might need and then she also provided me some other options I did not think about. Her customer service went above what I had anticipated and expected. I know when I rent a nit from her location I will not have to worry about ease of getting my belongings in to the facility and I know my belongings will be safe. Katherine made my experience an above expectations one. I appreciate her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness.

Great experience with Extra Space, after renting with multiple storage providers throughout Phoenix including both East and West Valleys. This is a nice, clean, locally owned one. Good access, outstanding management, very well taken care of and - very good value, even will work with a customer on rate & billing issues.
