Beware renting from Extra Space Storage. They constantly raise the rates. My rate has been raised three times in a little over a year and is now more than doubled what I was originally paying. Don't do business with Extra Space Storage.

I’ve rented from Extra Space Storage in the past and had no issue. I was just notified that my monthly rent will be going up 70%. They also informed me that the rent will periodically go up like that again. They are holding my possessions hostage and price gauging. Do not rent from Extra Space Storage. It’s equivalent to loan sharking. Completely disgruntled customer. Again, do not rent from these loan sharks!
