They will hike up the rate 50-100% with zero warning, started at $150 and now they have increased it to over $300, no exaggeration. Stay far away from this company.

I parked some furniture here before I moved overseas because of their exceptional monthly rate. Everything about the facility is well maintained and feels very secure. However, after I paid the first month’s rent, the rate more than doubled and has continued to go up for over a year now. I’m sure they do this after the first month to ensure it you already moved all your stuff in and hope it will be too inconvenient to move it back out like it is for me. I’m sure it’s perfectly legal and normal practice for storage companies to do this, but it just left an incredibly sour taste in my mouth. I will be moving out as soon as I’m able.
