So I have a 10 x 15 storage unit that I’ve had for quite a while now. I no longer need 10 x 15 and specifically asked to be on a list for a 10 x 10 unit. It was indicated to me that that unit was being checked for leaks but should be passing the inspection in the next couple of days. I waited two weeks. I went back only to find out that I was not contacted and somebody else got that unit that I was waiting For. So no I’m not particularly happy. On the other hand I do like that storage facility it’s very clean the HVAC keeps the temperature is moderate and the staff is very attentive
