Today I spoke with Kris or Chris. She was covering at this location but they would be lucky to have her there permanently. Long story short, I needed to downsize as I just had way more room than I initially thought I needed. The process was quick, easy and painless. I’ve really been pleased with this location (it’s super nice and very convieniently designed), the staff and the practices of Extra Space in general. So far, it genuinely feels like they value their customers.
