We arrived to have our 10x30 unit filled only to realize we underestimated our belongings! Rob was extremely helpful and informed for all of our questions! He helped us reserve a separate 10x15 unit at the best available rate without any confusion or issues! Very appreciative of his efforts!

May 3 2025. Extra Space storage facility, 14505 West Grand Avenue and Parkview Road. Surprise, Arizona. Climate controlled with many sized units (5' x 5' To 10' x 30'), as well as handicapped units available. WIFI. Regular access hours are 6 am to 10 pm daily. 24 hours access is available upon request. This 2 level Extra Space storage facility location is perfect since it is located within a four-mile radius of many restaurants, grocery stores, car repair shops, a yoga studio, a fitness center and many, many other stores. My personal 5 months experience at this Extra Space Storage facility was ideal! Employees here know the true meaning of customer service! May 3 2025
