I personally dealt with Mary at the Priest location in Tempe. I was checking into storage auctions and I registered to learn what the process was and how it worked. I bid with no real intention of actually winning. Naturally, I won. I had no idea what I was doing. Was not at all prepared. Mary was definitely my saving grace. She took the time to explain everything, was very flexible and easy to work with. She was ready and willing to jump in and help me maneuvering & moving the contents. She was gracious offering cold water & anyone who has endured the August heat at 230 in the afternoon in Arizona will agree that is worth more then GOLD at that moment. Mary deserves a raise because as a consumer, it is rare to come in contact with people who make you feel a little less stupid when you know you did it all wrong, work with you to find a solution that not only made things convenient, but made my day way less stressful! I could hear her smile over the phone and she greeted me with a smile on site. I genuinely appreciated her professionalism while also maintaining such a friendly and helpful attitude. Thank you Mary, I look forward to my next win for sure!!!!
