Tempe Self Storage at 2222 W Southern Ave

I recently got a storage space here and my experience with Jessica on making the transaction went smoothly. When checking out the space I first was going to get, I saw some flaws from what I was expecting such as the lock type being different than what I was told but it also looked like whoever owned the space prior might have damaged the inside to where you can see into the unit behind it (that thankfully was empty). I notified her immediately regarding the lock and also the concerning damage of the unit to which she mentioned she would have taken care of asap. In the mean time, she was kind enough to change the unit I was going to have to one similar with the right lock type and also secure (undamaged) walls. The transfer papers for switching units was easy to follow and done within the same day. The property is clean and does have cameras. I was informed more are going to be installed. There is a guy who I noticed is often working inside his unit every time I visit. This behavior is nothing new from another storage place I came from where people will often get car/garage size units and turn them into a personal workshop on site. I don't seem to mind it since he keeps to himself. Overall, I'm glad I found this place because of how close it is to home but also the friendly service I experienced upon expressing my concerns and inquiries which were handled professionally.

Jennifer was amazing! So friendly, professional and knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions and I got the unit I needed.

Efficient, slightly better deal than nearby places, I like this location because of its location but it's front gate isn't super convenient for trailers, there does seem to be a back gate. Renters have access to a restroom if necessary
