The storage experience itself was good. But I have to say that they engage in a poor business practice, in that. The first 4 months were rented at a specific rate. And although I realize that rental hikes can be an unpleasant reality. My rental was placed on auto charge, and the amount they charged after 4 months paid in advance was more than 50% than the original cost. That is, the rent was raised more than 50% on my next charge. This is an unfair preditory business practice when they know they have you over a barrel. I was not happy.
