I've been renting from this facility for about 1 1/2 years now. Anytime I have a question/problem, one call and it's fixed. Today I had a payment issue & stopped by & met Matt, the current manager. I received the same high quality service that I have received in the past. I highly recommend this place. It's not the newest, and it's not the fanciest facility. But it is economical, and more importantly, it's a secure facility.

Extra Space Storage on University in Tempe is the best place I've ever kept my belongings. The units are clean & no outside air or anything else gets inside. The security is top notch & I've always felt safe, even when I'm the only one there, late @ night. Matt & his customer service is outstanding & he has helped me out several times. I've moved to Queen Creek but if I ever needed to store stuff again, I'd make the drive!!! 10 STARS ??
