Jerod was very helpful in securing me a refund of the late fee.. I was waiting for a direct deposit and I called Extra Space Storage last week to find out how much time I had before the late fee hit. The girl i spoke to said I had until today, This was the fifth day. When I called today to make the payment on the unit, I was informed that the late fee hit my account just after midnight this morning and that, in fact, The five day grace period ended yesterday. Had I known that was the case I would've paid the storage unit rent yesterday, and on time. The advice the first.employee told me was incorrect.
