From the initial phone call to helping me find the perfect unit size, and even following up during my move-in, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Marcos has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He truly cares about providing top-notch customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled. He responds quickly to any questions or concerns and makes sure his tenants feel comfortable throughout their stay. Marco is amazing. We need more people at Kim‘s area manager. They are extremely caring understanding as long as you keep in communication with them they go above and beyond for people on a daily basis to an extent that I’ve never seen a business. Do the small things that people can do for one another that makes such a large impact. These people are amazing trustworthy patient at no point will I go to any other storage if needed again this is the only company that I will go with because of how I was treated by Marco, the manager at the storage and his area manager.
