From the first phone call , Krysty was vey nice, explained everything about this new location, pricing for each unit . I decided to move our storage from my old unit for much better price, increased security, easy access and central location . Great storage and even better customer service .

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I think perhaps they should hand out directional maps! I'm a little challenged in that area! I have tried just about all the other storage places in town over the years. Dealing with people who hate their jobs to those who don't know how to use a blower and all your items are covered in black sand. The minute you walk in you can feel the difference. Clean, well lit. Pleasant relaxed employees. Did I mention CLEAN!. I swear to you , everything is shimmering! Oh but wait! Did I mention it was almost 1/2 the price of the last place I was at at the units 10sq. Feet bigger!

Outstanding staff and facility is super clean! Tyler welcomed me to the new facility, offered a tour and was very patient with me. Tyler went above and beyond, customer service and cleanliness is clearly their priorities. Highly recommend this location on Ft. Lowell in Tucson, AZ.
