I’m soon to move my things into storage at Extra Space Storage on Fort Lowell Road in Tucson. I had looked at the property and was most impressed with the tour by the Store Manager Donna and with all the information she gave me. The space is clean and very bright, and climate controlled which is something i definitely need. Also, the location and setup makes it easy to park for drop-off and pick-up, and carts are available in the office to use if necessary, something other storage spaces don’t provide. I look forward to using my Extra Space Storage unit.

I wouldn't use any other storage company. The property was immaculate inside and out. Rodent and pest free and again very clean. The staff was very patient and professional. Cade gave me a brief tour of the facility and showed me how to access the loading bay with a code, which made accessing the unit a breeze. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Easy and fast rental setup online. Clean and very warm since it's cold.

Extra Space on Ft. Lowell and Alvernon is really great. Donna the manager and I believe Ileana was her name were very helpful in getting exactly what I was wanting for my storage units. Also Ileana helped me with all of my questions so greatly. This location is very very clean with quite a few carts as well as a fast elevator to help make the move simple, easy, and faster. The booking process to get the units was extremely (and I mean extremely) EASY AND FAST. I booked at 1AM and was able to get into my unit the first thing the next morning. SUCH AN EASY process. This is the first set of storage units I have ever had, and the price is great. Also, I love the climate control for my fragile electronics and being able to have my units indoors away from the elements. Thank you Extra Space on Ft. Lowell, I am LOVING my spot with you all :).

Brand new. Secure and friendly staff. Easy in and out. And the prices right now are much less than I expected. But all the covered parking is reserved. None available! But I got a 10x10 for $60/ month. Well lit. Automotic access 6am-10pm. And they even have WC.

Stopped by to check out what rates I could get on a unit, and they found me a hell if a great deal on one of their units per month, very professional, very clean and put together

Super easy to get everything set up online. Facility is incredibly clean and everything is well lit. Cameras are obvious throughout the property. Plenty of dollys available to help move belongings. I got a 10'x5' unit which the initial cost out of pocket was almost $80, but the monthly rent is $16 plus $11 for insurance. So pretty reasonable. Access to the facility ends at 10pm. I wish it was 24 hours.

The staff in its entirety at extra space storage, Ft. Lowell branch, or top-notch! Donna took care of all of the paperwork and showed me the spaces and explained everything in detail to me. I couldn’t be happier.
