My husband and I went in to rent a unit for the first time, we were welcomed by the manager Jim. Right away he was attentive to all of our questions, showed us mutiple units to ensure we had the perfect fit. There was no hesitation on end as he made us feel comfortable, and he was professional knowledgeable. Really glad we chose Extra Space.

We we downsize from a larger unit to a smaller unit, and JIM was really good to work with on getting us taken care of and helping us with our transition

The staff is very welcoming, comforting even as it is my first time renting a storage unit—they were very polite and patient with all my questions and I would definitely recommend coming into the unit to view the physical sizes on the units because it really helped me decide which plan i wanted. :)
