The inside storage units themselves are very clean, climate and pest controlled. I had no issues with those things at all. Erin is wonderful to work with and they should be very happy to have her. However, after my first year they raised my rates. I complained and Erin helped me get a reasonable rate. The next year they raised my rate $100/mo!!!!! I called and complained. Rene told me he couldn't do anything about that, I was month to month and they can raise my rates whenever they wanted. I asked two, maybe three, times to speak with Erin. He told me there was no point, she couldn't do anything different than what he was doing (he lowered the rate $30/mo). He wouldn't allow me to speak with her at all. When I cleared all my stuff out and went to the office to check out, Erin was there. She couldn't believe Rene wouldn't allow me to talk to her and she said EVERYONE is month to month, so that didn't even factor into anything. That was a bogus excuse he gave me. I won't use Extra Storage Space again.
