Erin is what the world is missing these days when it comes to quality work and customer service. The facility is great, the security great, the units great. However Erin makes that place shine I recommend asking for her and working with her on all storage concerns and needs you have at the Cortaro location. I mean she did pre school for 20 years who doesn’t trust a person that takes care of other peoples kids for 2 decades?!

I have had nothing but an exceptional experience with Extra Space Storage. Having a unit at the facility on Cortaro Farms makes moving a much more pleasant experience! Having an indoor climate controlled unit is great! There is easy access to the building and the elevators and carts that are available make moving a real breeze. It was difficult to decide what size of unit we needed to rent. Erin the manager was EXTREMELY helpful and patient while we figured out which size was best! I would definitely recommend this Extra Space Storage location!!! *****UPDATE***** 6/10/26**** Have continued to use this Extra Space Storage for all our storage needs. Everyone there has continued to be extremely helpful! I would ??% recommend this Extra Space Storage!
