Overall great experience and great location to our previous home. Only complaints is the Bluetooth connection via the app never worked. You had to get super close to the overhead door and even then you would press overhead door and it would open a different door. You’d want to open door 1 and it would open door 2, select door 2 and it would open overhead door. They were never the same and they never worked correctly. The elevators would also randomly open back up and start beeping when you get on.

Mr. Patrick is an amazing administrator @ Extra Space Storage located in Old Vail Road by Houghton Plaza. He took his time in answering all of our questions and all the different options Extra Space could offer us. We really appreciated how thorough he was.
