Really disappointed in the extra space in Bentonville. Extra took it over from the previous owners and doubled my monthly while adding nothing but a new gate to the facilities. I rent a 10x30 and a10x20. Looking to find a more reasonable rate. Follow up… I received a phone call from my local Extra Space Storage manager and she lowered my price across both units by $130 a month. It’s still about $100 higher than the rates they offer new move ins but maybe that’s just industry practice.
