What a fantastic experience we've had with Discovery Storage! We were in the process of moving into a neighboring apartment complex, downsizing from a larger home and needed storage. Noting that Discovery was right down the road, I called near closing time and spoke with Jackie, the manager, who is incredible. She quickly told me they had availability, gave me unit sizes and prices, and invited us over to get set up. When we arrived a few minutes later, she treated us like family and got us into a unit that met our needs. Also, I have NEVER seen such an impressive and immaculate storage center - and the prices are extremely fair. If you need storage - or even think you might - go see Jackie at Discovery Storage. Not only did we get exceptional service, we also made a new friend! Update 4.3.26 – just came by the office to ask a question about my account. Ken was kind, professional and extremely helpful. I’ve had my unit for a year now and the experience has been excellent. I highly recommend the good folks at ExtraSpace Storage! Update 5.21.26 - Ken, the manager of my local property, once again helped resolve an issue with access to my unit. Great place to rent if needed!
