Convenient and easy to reserve. Rolling door is a challenge to keep open because most times you lift it up and it just falls back down. I can't see a frail person being able to use a door like that. It's been a year with no improvement. Otherwise the facility seems ok, but there's secret price increases which is pretty messed up.

Space was convenient, and the space was useful, however, the price is constantly going up. Be prepared to pay the year in advance or as much as you can afford ahead of time to avoid 100 to 200% increases in rent after the first month. I got in at $99/month and after the first month they raised it to $203 and I requested a deduction that led me to $143/month, which I paid a year in advance. I went to extend within that year and the price went up again eventhough my year was not yet up. So, be prepared to pay up front for your time if you want to lock in the price or be subjected to constant rent hikes. The manager said they are sought after so there is little incentive to work with long term clients as "most people only want the unit for 3 months." Otherwise service is good and the location and facility is a great option. Pay in advance and all will be well, you can always be refunded on the unused time.
