I made a reservation for a unit online, when I showed up on-site, it was already booked, but James was SUPER helpful in getting me an equivalent alternative. I had a lot of questions and he was really patient and detailed in answering all of them. Thanks again! Also, the building is new and really clean. Lights are bright and gives off a sense of safety and security.

Service was great at 6am sharp I went to go see my storage and was a bit confused on how to make entry so I called and in a matter of min someone was on the line very helpful walked me through it . Latter I received a follow up call from Delia who works at the actual branch where my storage is at to make sure I was satisfied and she was just as awesome as the girl that helped me in the morning she answer all my questions and let me know if there was anything else to please feel free to contact her . The place is super clean I’m extremely satisfied and the price well can’t beat it any where that’s for sure. Over all I give it a 10+.

I had an easy time getting my account and storage locker with Extra Storage Space in Alhambra. Kianna was helpful and honest about pricing and instructions on how to use the space. The pricing itself is very fair for the locker I am renting.
