shop around before storing here or only store here for a short time. things to note, the hours are decent but they steeply raise rates yearly

The staff at this location has been very helpful and responsive. Thank you Jamal and Apolo! These two really keep place running. Now Mike is running the place and I appreciate this location.

Overall a good experience. First 3 months was a great rate then they almost doubled my price! Another thing was that they don't have AC units. I was trying to keep my vinyl records in a cool place since I didn't have AC at my house, so just keep that in mind. Location was perfect for me, right next to the Metro station. Had they not doubled my rates I might've stayed with them for a lot longer. Their greed made me close up shop, real quick... The employees were extremely helpful however and I understand that it's not their rules about the billing rates which is why I left a high rating. I'm conclusion, I would recommend to others but I would just point out the stuff I did here.

Jamal the manager was extremely helpful and showed me a couple of units on the spot. I was able to pick one within five minutes and sign a lease immediately. Nice clean and safe seeming facility too.
