The experience was above and beyond. JJ was so helpful in walking me through the process and logistics of operations. The place is in a great area, units are clean and roomy. I feel confident my stuff will be safe here just based on how the team runs the business. I will be choosing extra space storage from now on for all moving.

Gary is the Manager at the Arroyo Parkway facility in Pasadena. He goes the extra mile to accommodate customers. I call ahead when I am arriving and departing. Signing In/Out is a snap. Gary is 'old school' cool. 10/10 .John B 91030

Nice people working at the facility who always pop out when someone is loading or unloading, just to make sure there is no funny business. I like that, I also like that they seem to be making improvements to the site as well. It would be nice to have them in place as soon as possible though. The freight elevator will be a magic when fully operational as well as the new gate code boxes. I feel like I got a pretty good deal on my space. I like that I can cancel at any time, and if I need to, I can downsize to something smaller at the site no problem.

I've been a renter here for years, and I can honestly say Gary has made this place a much safer and cleaner environment. Reasonably priced storage. Very nice manager Gary. Place is clean. Not fancy, but it’s perfect for my needs. They also have a drive thru coffee kiosk in front with great coffee and pastries.
