We recently rented a unit here and the employees were super awesome and helpful. I rented online and received a call from Jose who explained the process and answered all my questions. On the day we moved in, we were helped by Angelica who was super nice! We thought we were being proactive and brought our own lock but Angelica let us know that the lock we had wouldn’t work for the unit because of the way the lock was set up, and so she hooked us up with a free lock!! After moving stuff all day, this was truly the highlight to our day. Thank you Extra Space Team! ??
