Quick and easy!!! Had a unit for a couple years and needed more room. Stopped in the office to upgrade and the process was seamless and quick. Super friendly and helpful staff!!

Danny at the Yorba Linda Extra Storage was very helpful and made the signup process easy. I received emails immediately on how to log in and my access code. The experience was efficient and smooth as a new customer. I returned and rented another unit a few months later using the online option and it was simple and convenient without calling or going into the office. The extended hours until 10 pm during most days make it convenient for my busy work schedule.

Danny from the front office has been very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. He made sure we were taken care of, and he made everything quick and easy. I would recommend this place to all for their service and efficiency.

People at this facility are extremely nice and patient! They were very helpful with discounts and extending my rent payment for me. Property is very clean! I will definitely use them again if needed. Not complaints, but a couple suggestions… Fix the handles on your carts. It was not uncommon to have one cart that the handle was not attached, which did cause me an issue of everything falling off the cart in the elevator. The other thing is to give customers an idea of what door to use that would be the closest to their unit. Also a map showing the set up would be helpful as I did not realize that one door had you entering the building on the second floor, which caused me an issue when I was leaving. They’re small things and once you’re familiar it’s all good and I really do think they have great customer service.

Easy with Reasonable Prices

I rented a unit here the other day & needed another one for my work items. I came down in person to set up the second one and the gentleman in the office was fantastic! The process was seamless and he made it very easy to accommodate all my requests! This is my favorite storage facility I’ve ever used because it’s nice, clean and the customer service was on point! He was training a new employee during the process and she was really sweet as well! Thank you guys so much, I’m very happy.
