I don't love that they force you to purchase and maintain insurance on stored goods through a company that is listed as having it's operational headquarters in North Carolina, nor do I appreciate that the nearly all of the points of contact for dealing with this other 3rd party vendor are listed as out of state. Feels a bit like an unstable leg in the otherwise (mostly) sound agreements that are required in order to sign a storage lease. Concerning, but only in the event that there is an issue that requires one to use the otherwise useless insurance policy.

Oh we've we've had a very good time here we've enjoyed having the unit it's very useful the one they gave us is well placed and it stays dry and safe and the service has been excellent we've had very good interactions with everyone we've ever dealt with here

Imani called me within minutes after I made my reservation online, and I think within an hour I was looking at the unit in person and signing a rental agreement. She was very friendly, she was upfront about all of the policies, potential future rental rate changes, etc. It was quick and easy. Excited for my new storage space!
