WOW! What a great experience I had at Extra Space Storage when renting a new unit! Store manager, Imani is outstanding. The facility is nice and clean. Imani walked to show me 2 storage units… each spotless, took all of my information, explained everything throughly, and had me sign my agreement in under 20 minutes! Thank you, Imani! First class!

Quick and friendly service and setup. Imani was great! Units are clean easy to access, plus in a safe area of town. Have used Xtra Space several times over the years and have always had very positive experiences.

Highly Recommend! Clean! Safe! More than anything though...the service provided by Imani is OUTSTANDING!!! She was so patient with me repeating questions (due to move exhaustion) and mad sure I had everything I need. When I mentioned that i struggle with dexterity in my hands, she went the extra mile and replaced my latch to ensure I don't struggle. Imani is the best!!!!

Came by my storage unit today with some ?’s and was greeted and helped by Imani and let me tell you it was a quicker then I had anticipated. Imani is great she had initially helped me when I got the unit. Great to see the same smiling face on my return.
