if you’re looking for the worst storage place in town, then run, don’t walk to this Extra Space storage location immediately. issues started from my move-in day, when i drove three hours to store all of my belongings, after being told specifically that someone would be on site… only to find out that the folks who work here are never really available or present at all! the bonus of this location is, they’ve got dolly carts to help you move your belongings, but you’ll rarely get to use them! instead, you’ll injure yourself, carrying all of your things one by one, as the carts are padlocked and only accessible when a staff member is actually around. which is almost never! additionally, the digital access works less than half the time, the elevators time out, or just fail to work at all, because the digital system is so faulty, that most of your visits here, you might not even get to your unit! little cherry on top is the filthy bathroom and the “auto sensor” lights that go completely dark on you, even when you’re standing directly under them. 0 stars should be an option for this one-of-a-kind crap shack.

The lack of staff availability, inaccessible dolly carts, unreliable digital access, malfunctioning elevators, and cleanliness issues are completely unacceptable and fall far below our standards.
