Imani is tops, in terms of following up, explaining the process, and on-site management. We downsized and moved across country from east to west this past January, and rented a storage unit in the desert, where we were thinking of moving. Decided on LA instead, and so begins our transition. As compared to our desert digs, Extra Storage is a dream. Well run, seamless on-site access, secure, and friendly. Imani runs the show, and is A+++ at her job. When your "worldly goods" are entrusted to a facility like this, it is flat out REASSURING to have a point person like Imani to deal with. Could not be more impressed and pleased.
