I can't tell you how exceptional my experience has been with both Dana and Steven who manage Extra Space Storage in Carson. They were very helpful making my rental experience of two units very easy by efficiently providing me with all the rental options. They have a "we can do it attitude", very professional. I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option!

Was having trouble at the building since I accidentally left my storage unit door open and it was closing time so I wasn’t able to get back up the elevator. Luckily, Dana, was in the building making sure the carts were inside and saw me and my friends’ plea for help. She came in like superman and saved the night or else we couldn’t have finished our load in and locked the door. 10/10 customer service.

I’ve been a long time customer of Extra Space. The customer service has been top notch since day one. Dana is the best! The office is always clean and secured; storage corridors as well and there’s plenty of surveillance, so I know my items are safe. Easy move in easy move out! Steven was amazing super helpful anytime i called or stopped in the office. The facility was always available and super clean. If i ever need a stoarage space again will def be back n recomend???
