Pretty good storage place. Clean, and they offer a climate controlled building (for a bit extra) that makes it much more pleasant while moving stacks of boxes, and should keep any sensitive items in good shape. I'd feel safe leaving e.g. sculpted wax candles in the climate controlled area. Staff are friendly and efficient. I can think of a few times I went there during normal open hours and the office was locked. Not usually a problem, since access is fully automated via a cell phone app and Bluetooth keypads, and you can do most of the important things on their website. They're a bit short on carts. They have about one cart for each side of each building, so if one other person is getting in their unit on your side of the building you have to go hiking around the building looking for one that's free. As with any storage unit, you'll get the occasional hoarder monopolizing the one cart for hours while they fuss over how many trash bags they can stack on it. And of course, if someone else had to do that before you got there, all of the carts might be on a different side of the building. I do think someone walks around periodically and puts them back in their places. Even though access is automated, access hours are limited. Entry closes at 8pm, which can block you from using the unit during the week if you work the wrong hours during the day. Traffic is bad in LA during the day, so being able to make a storage run late at night would have saved me a lot of time, and allowed me to do more moving during the week.
