I was looking for a storage unit and I was comparing pricing online. I almost went with public storage just because of the price and saw the reviews and pictures of the dead rat and rat feces on Yelp! My first choice was this place because I had a good experience with them the last time but because I was looking for a certain price range I kept looking. I decided to go back to this place. I found out it was on the 3rd floor in a weird area but it’s fine! I should have came in to look first because online showed a wider door but it still worked out. The online deal was better. when I went into the office to ask about the free month posted they let me know it was either or and my pricing for my size was a better deal instead of paying full price. Total move in was close to $150 and it included the lock. I think the guy I saw walking around was Mike same guy I spoken to last year! Very nice guy! I would definitely recommend this place. I met a lady too last year because I didn’t end up renting the unit and she was great too very helpful! This bottom review is from last year! I thought I had posted it but when went to post my new review it showed it did not post. This bottom review was in 2025 Mike in the office was very friendly he showed me two units because I am moving out of my place. He was very helpful and helped figure out which price point etc would work for me. I appreciate the great customer service. Thank you and I would definitely recommend renting a unit here
