I reserved my unit online last week planning to start moving this weekend. I received 2 separate phone calls to review my reservation with me and to answer any questions I may have. I was even offered to have a tour of the facility prior to moving in. Today when we actually made it in, it was a breeze. Everything is so clean and well lit. Plenty of dollies available too. The first time I went into this facility I was greeted with an incredibly friendly hello and great smile. I felt comfortable right from the start. The person I worked with was very helpful. I transfered all my stuff from the previous storage, to "Extra Space Storage" because I like the way it looks; which means: it's cleaner, organized, has elevators, which facilitate so much to carry things upstairs, has big karts where you can carry many things at one time, areas to park the car, automatic light, so you don't have to look on the walls and try to find where to turn the light on when you are in the dark, I love it.

Although I give this storage facility excellent marks for cleanliness and convenience, be aware that your rates will increase annaually. I have been a faithful renter for almost eight years, and during that time the rental cost for my unit has doubled to the point that it now getting too expensive and I will be looking for a less expensive unit before my next payment is due. If I were a new renter, I would get price breaks, but like so many organizations, they pay little attention to tried and true customers who always pay on time as well as paying several months in advance. I am tired of being taken for granted and want to have the "goodies" that new customers get, so I will be looking to take my business elsewhere. Customer service used to be very good, but recently, the manager has been unavailable during posted office hours.
