Had 3 storage units over almost 6 years and zero issues. Management was always polite, helpful and available. Had a bad issue previously with another storage facility so was initially skeptical. But that fear quickly dissipated. I only wish the same manager was in my new city.

Renting a storage space here is fast and easy. Customer service is great, Stephan was helpful and answered all of our questions. He helped us price out units at a few of their nearby sites, but we decided to go with CV because of the pricing, convenient location, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained.

I’ve been to extra space storage a few times over the last 25 yrs. Recently I went back to inquire about renting a new space. Stephan at CV office was so helpful and courteous. He took me out to show me size differences and locations of each space. He was very knowledgeable and delightful. Even though the CV office didn’t have the available space I needed, he helped me find a different location that did. I will be renting soon but can’t recommend these people and this company highly enough. They truly care about you and not just renting a space. Stephan went above and beyond and I’m truly grateful!

I use extra space storage for to store my extra belongings that can’t fit in my house and Ive never had an issue since using extra space for the last 2 years. Dan is always so kind and helpful and answers all my questions regarding storages. When I first rented the units I was on the second level but recently a drive up unit came available and he made the transition for moving units very smooth. He was so accommodating! Thanks Dan!
