This storage facility is the worst in Sacramento. First of all they get robbed all the time and even when the alarm has been going off for hours there is no response. Then anyone that was present on the property when the alarm was going off becomes a suspect. The gate gets stuck constantly and if u make any kind of complaint for anything else your rent will go up $15-$50 until u are literally forced to move out. We paid our rent 1 day late and there was a $75 late fee. I had gone into the office to pay it. Well the lady didn't post the payment til the next morning so it went up another $75 now making the late fee $150. They contacted my emergency contact because they couldn't get ahold of me and told her if I didn't make the payment by the end of the day my unit would be going up for auction so she paid the whole thing again. When I found out I went to the office to get refunded the money I already gave them but she had already applied it to the next months rent which had also gone up $115. I also believe they go into peoples units because on more then one occasion I would see them walking in the hallways and just opening up multiple peoples units going in and then coming out saying they smelled cigarette smoke or it looked like people were sleeping in them. It's all bullshit. Just an excuse for them to snoop through peoples shit. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
