I had a problem when I first rented here with one of the ladies that was in the office, them one day she was so nice to me and asked me to do a review. After I told her I did the review back to being rude and disrespectful. She would lock me out of the gate, she went into my unit without me present. I ended of leaving there quickly but over some time I thought I would give the company another chance but a different location. Everything was fine until I seen a mouse alive in my stuff and droppings on the floor so I called the manager for help, she would t listen to me and she took the bag where I said the mouse went into and laid it by the other unit I had next to this one so I told her now the mouse is going to run into that unit but she wouldn't listen and sure enough that's what it did..a lot of my items got ruined from pee and scratches and chewing. She said the reason I had mice iny unit is because I had laundry detergent in their being stored. I have never heard ofice coming in for laundry detergent and there was noatling or anything to see that they even bothered any of the detergent, they ripped up tiet paper and paper items and stirofoam (spelling bad) she said she would have a house like thing put by my unit but she didn't so I questined her she went and grabbed one that had cobwebs and dirt all in it and around it..I couldn't get anyone to listen to me about the problem.I later talked with my daughter about it and she had the same problem but a different location so be aware if you rent form this company..I don't recommend renting anywhere fo them and I found out that they only get you moved in with the special low prices and then 2 to 3 months later they raise the rent by 2 to 3 times that special price they have u to move in..it's a trick because nobody wants to move their stuff after doing it 3 months prior so people pay those high rents for convience. It's a set up. It's wrong.
