Directions from the North
From the North area towards Marysville and Yuba City, head South on I-5 or 99 towards Sacramento to I-80 East Reno. Use the 2nd from the right lane to take exit 522 for I-80 E towards Reno. Stay to the left at the fork and follow the signs for I-80/Reno. Stay on I-80 for 9 miles. Just after the Auburn Blvd exit, business 80 will merge into I-80, so stay to the right to exit on Madison Ave Exit 96 and stay in the right hand lane. Turn Right (East) onto Madison Ave. If you need In N Out before you get here, it’s on the right side just after this turn. Stay on Madison for 4.7 miles. Turn Right (South) on Sunrise at the Chevron gas station. We are just 1.4 miles down Sunrise just after the light at Winding Way on the right hand side. We are in the parking lot with Taco Bell and Scandinavian Designs.
Directions from the South
From the South area towards Lodi and Stockton, head North on I-5 or 99 towards Sacramento. Take exit 298A towards San Francisco/50 East/S Lake Tahoe. Traffic can be challenging in this area with the freeway merges, so stay in the right lane and keep right at the fork to follow signs to 50 East S Lake Tahoe. Stay on 50 East for 12 miles through Sacramento. You’ll see the old Drive Inn’s off Bradshaw on the left before you get to Sunrise Blvd. Exit 18 Sunrise Blvd has a 2 lane exit, use the 2nd lane from the right to exit and keep to the left. Turn left (North) on Sunrise Blvd and stay in the left lane unless you need In N Out, that’s on the right. You will cross over the river and pass the light at Fair Oaks Blvd. Make a U-Turn at Winding Way. We are on the right hand side in the parking lot with Taco Bell and Scandinavian Designs.
Directions from the East
From the East area towards El Dorado Hills and Placerville, head west on 50 towards Sacramento. You will pass Lake Natoma on the right side and pass through Orangevale. After Hazel, stay in the right lane. You’ll pass some industrial buildings on the right side including Granite Arches with a large replica of a man rappelling down the building. Exit 18 Sunrise Blvd and stay to the right. Turn Right (North) on Sunrise Blvd, then merge to the left lane when safe unless you want In N Out before you get here, that’s on the right. You will cross over the river and pass the light at Fair Oaks Blvd. Make a U-Turn at Winding Way. We are on the right hand side in the parking lot with Taco Bell and Scandinavian Designs.

From the West area towards Davis and San Francisco, head East on I-80 towards Reno. Just past Dixon is the cosway. After the cosway, you need to be in the right lane to exit onto I-80 Business Loop/Cap City/S Tahoe. Continue straight following signs for 50 East to S Lake Tahoe for 13 miles. Exit 18 Sunrise Blvd has a 2 lane exit, use the 2nd lane from the right to exit and keep to the left. Turn left (North) on Sunrise Blvd and stay in the left lane. My online rate of $94 was suddenly doubled to $188 after 6 months. It's a shame because the physical facility itself is actually great, very clean, and access is easy, so the property isn't the problem at all. The issue is the corporate pricing practices and the terrible local management. When I called to discuss the increase, the facility manager (asked for her name and did not get it) immediately got defensive and asked if she should just "process my move out" rather than trying to find a resolution. When I asked why she was assuming I wanted to leave instead of just trying to fix the bill the conversation became super unprofessional. She eventually said she had to look at the numbers and offered to lower the rate to $171. Because I had already paid the $188, I asked the logical question of how that would work and if I would receive an $18 credit. She said "not necessarily" and asked what I wanted. When I reiterated that standard math dictates I should get an $18 credit on my account, she accused me of being "condescending," told me she was hanging up until I "cooled down," and hung up on me. Did not get a call back. Hanging up on a customer who is doing basic math to solve a billing issue that you offered is completely unacceptable. The corporate phone tree just routes you right back to this same office. I'm a paying customer looking for a District Manager to contact me to resolve this billing madness AND address the conduct of the staff here.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the sudden rate increase from $94 to $188, especially when you were simply seeking clarification and a reasonable resolution. The defensive response you received from our facility manager and the unprofessional manner in which your call was handled, including being hung up on, is completely unacceptable and does not reflect our standards of customer service. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the billing adjustment and the lack of clear communication about the $18 credit you rightfully questioned. Your request to speak with a District Manager regarding both the billing issue and the staff conduct is completely reasonable. Please contact us at 888-786-7243 to reach management so we can address these serious concerns properly and work toward a resolution.

Clean storage facility, centrally located on Sunrise Blvd. in Fair Oaks. The units are situated in a gated and secure building of three floors that is accessible to late hours. The interior units have doors that open sideways vs. a roll top, therefore maximizing storage space. The only downfall is the sprinkler system line obstructs the height and dimensions greatly vary on the 5’x5’x10’ unit option.
